1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users ("Player" or "you") of the 558hi platform ("Platform") and 558hi ("we" or "Company").

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

558hi offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus applies once only and is awarded against the first successful deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus

4.3 Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• The wagering contribution of a bonus may vary depending on the game
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be added
• The bonus will be cancelled if promotional terms are violated

4.4 VIP Program

The 558hi VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Players can advance to higher tiers by playing consistently.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the 558hi platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine every outcome in a completely random and impartial way.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue or disconnection, 558hi will attempt to determine the outcome based on saved game data. If data recovery is not possible, the bet for that round will be refunded.

5.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets are settled after the official result is published. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded. No changes to accepted bets are permitted after they have been placed in live betting.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558hi platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Operating games through software bots or automated programs
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Attempting to break the platform's security systems
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Using third-party payment methods or cards

If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.2 User Rights
